Creation of smaller states and the consequent Administrative, Economic and developmental implications.

Creation of smaller States in India is the potential threat to the Integrity and unity of India. Creation of smaller states is not a new phenomenon only in post Independent India but also in pre-independent India we could see some instances of this like partition of Bengal in 1905.But after Indian independence bifurcation of smaller states take place on the linguistic basis, then in recent years the main reason of creation of new states is the underdevelopment of one section of any state inspite of having rich resources, Jharkhand and chhatisgarh are the examples of such creations.
Such creation of smaller states on the basis of language, caste creed, groups, cultural safeguard issue, might prove detrimental for indian union and indian democracy. It will impact on the Indian nationalism because people are more concern with their own local regions, not for whole country. Somewhere they are lacking nationalism, their demand for their own states sometimes seems that they express dissatisfaction with the indian union and want their own country as a separate state.
Virdarbha in Madhya Pradesh ,telangana in Andhra Pradesh, gorkhaland in best bengal ,bodoland in assam , harit Pradesh , purvanchal , bundelkhand in utter Pradesh ,all want their own state . at prima facie , it seems that their motives are benign and their demands are their entitlements , but this is not the real face of existing problems . political parties want to divide the indian union and their motive is “Divide and rule “ . In india even today most of the people in our society are ignorant and very far form the realities , and political parties easily provide them to do whatever they want . people for politicians act as a tinker box where politicians’ small incentive is needed to ablaze their sentiments to fight for their entitlements , and to pressurize the government to make separate state according to vote bank . They provide them to emotive issues of religion , caste or language to consolidate their own vote bank .
It is irony and also unfortunate that when india is getting globalize and disputed countries are extending olive branch with other disputed country , when india is mitigating their regional , economical , political and others barriers with rest of the world , when whole world is in the era of coming together to make unions like G-20 ,G-8 , G7, BRICS, at the same time india within itself is fragmenting in to smaller chunks . while , we do not heed the issues which are really fatal for the citizens like unemployment and livelihood . we face problems in transaction with people belonging to the other group , caste ,and sometimes religion as well , which makes us to keep ourselves at distant with other s and consequently we end up with a new state in indian union .
If we see the second part of this story , that is after creating of smaller states . we find that , the decision of dividing states on the basic of cultural, underdeveloped regions, language and on the basis of demographic lines are not in favor of indian union because since independence , india is facing problems in holding every states with their diverse demands in its union. This will leads to many implications, like political implications , have sever impact on developmental work of both new fragmented and parent state .
Some people support it by saying that administration of small states is easier and state can establish better control over the state than the government in a larger thereby ensuring more development of
the state. But de facto is that , practically it will make administration and policy implementation more clumsy and cumbersome . it is because , if there will be more smaller states in indian union then there will be more number of legislature in these smaller states and in parliament as well there will be plenty of complicated diverse issues which will create political instability and political chaos in the states and eventually through parliament , in the whole country of which bifurcation of Jharkhand with Bihar is live example. Political omnishambles is still a major issue in Jharkhand.
Due to creation of smaller states country ‘s different type of resources will be bound to particular states only . these will not be uniform distribution of resources within the country then there couild be economic implication and economic sluggish as well in the states . Water dispute of cuvery river has not been arise if tamilnadu and Karnataka have been a single state. Water is a natural resourse but partition among states could arise huge problems because one state might use its resousces more efficiently and can slow down the flow of the river by moving dams on it. it creats further implication in terms of central government ‘s interference and suprem court’s work . so, creation of small states will becomes impediment in developmental work of states as werll as country . more states , more number of shares of central fund , distribution of funds in large number but meager in quantity could not fix the problems of underdevelopment and augment misuse of funds

The word "Socialist" in the Preamble of our Constitution requires to be defined ......................

The word SOCIALIST in the preamble of our Constitution describes the Indian state where everyone is equal, there is absence of discrimination on the ground of Cast, Creed, Sex, Colour, Religion and Language. As we are living in a democratic country, the taste of DEMOCRACY can’t be realize until we have given some rights. And especially Right to equality provided by our Constitution can’t work until we have uniform distribution of resources and equal access to services, to get social liberty and economic equality .SOCIALIST word itself eradicate ‘’Class System’’ in our society like Capitalist class, Upper Class, Lower class. Socialist State emphasize on formation of welfare state. Hence, our constitution provides SOCIALISTIC pattern of State since its inception but the word ‘’SOCIALIST’ was added only in 42nd Amendment 1976.
Socialist state is all about  ‘’totalitarian’’ , they do not safeguard the liberty of citizens. But, Democracy is all about Liberty, Equality and real power goes to its people not any authority or state .So, in this case using the word SOCIALIST along with DEMOCRACY , that is ‘’Democratic socialism’’  for India is little bit arbitrary and impropriety. Using both contradictory terms ‘’Democratic Socialist’’ simultaneously sometimes create  misunderstanding. That is why it is very important to define the term socialist clearly. In Indian context, socialist term is more fairly in the sence of ‘’SOCIAL-CONTROL OF ECONOMIC POWER’’.In our preamble SOCIALIST state reflects the idea that the means of production are owned and managed by the state instead of private enterpreneurs (so that capital does not accumulate in one hand)  and nationalization of services for equal social benefits. So, in our preamble SOCIALIST word specify ‘’democratic socialism’’, in which we have liberty along with state ownership. Socialist countries lay emphasis on state control of means of production and distribution  with state’s desired end, whereas democracy along with socialist pattern rely upon mixed economy and the rule of law reach the desired SOCIAL END. …..

In India Sex Education is seen in more religious and conservative perspective rather than scientific and modern perspective ……..

India is a country of almost every religion in the world. It is a country of spiritual leaders and a country of world’s oldest known civilization. It is a country of veda, Geeta, Quran, and Bible. Religion is good if a person wants to spent a well laid path, but fanatism sometimes take so acute shape that we resist changes and conservative ideology dominates upon us. Excess fanatism of religion and conservative thoughts make Indians ignorance of basic scientific facts, at this juncture we creat a huge gap of ideology between modern and conservative. These conservative thought has had been the cause of many social evils from the time of yore, earlier ‘performance of Sati’ was the product of fanatic ideology. Even today Child marriage is big concern for Indian government, and many social evils are also taking shape in Indian society , ‘’Honor killing’’ in recent times is also the cause of orthodox thinking of Indian people.
Majority of Indian lack modern thinking, due to inadequate awareness and dominance of conservative ideology. Sex education in India is always seen as a subject which is inapt for Indian society but this conclusion drawn by Indians is totally based on religious and conservative perspective. When we see the same subject in perspective of science then it is mandatory to provide Sex education, especially to the juvenils and to children who are going to attained puberty. In India Sex education is considered as taboo, according to religious dogma there is a prescribed age limit and that limit is –marriage, if any one below this know about the sex and sex related complications, before this if anyone is parting their knowledge or anyone is conceiving the same knowledge then they are insurgent of society, trespassing and are responsible for their transgressions. But when we resist the changes which are inevitable , we allow our conservative thoughts to dominate upon us , and at this juncture we begin to access the things only on the basis of religion and social norms and we neglect the scientific aspects of that thing. Sex education scientifically is beneficial for children and juvenils but religious doctrines consider it as socially inapt.
If the child knows everything about sex then it will make the child aware, at least they will be cognizant of the bad consequences of lack of knowledge based on sex. They can adopt healthy life style and can make the society aware of STDs (Sexually transmitted diseases), which are until incurable, in such conditions we left with no option where only authenticated knowledge can save the lives, here sex Education can play a splendid role in making the society free of STDs (Sexually transmitted diseases), in this context only knowledge about sex can help. But it is very unfortunate that we Indians neglect its scientific aspects and connect it with religious and conservative ideology. Sometimes lack of Sex education proves more disasterous for children, religious doctrines and conservative ideology’s restriction provide more incentive and can provoke them to know more about it and for this they can adopt unacceptable means which could lead to the deteriorated health problems of children. Its Human tendency that , more boundation on human provoke them to infringe the norms, it is more pragmatic when rules are against bad things. In this era of technology, especially the revolution of Visual media , mobile phones, computers, laptops and burgeoning use of mobile phones among children is an alarming signal that juvenils and youths can seek inappropriate knowledge about sex which knowledge could prove destructive one, which is very different from the prescribed authenticated knowledge about sex
which is constructive one. The paradox is on the one hand conservative ideology and religious doctrines imposing physical restrictions and boundations on children, at the same time on the other hand technological advancement is making children more liberal by their thinking and making them mentally autonomous, when both the situation clash they give birth to new complications which can devastate the children both by physically and mentally. Now, Constructive education of sex can stop the children from all malpractices and can rescue them from their devastating life. Scientific perspective of providing sex education will eradicate many existing social problems. AIDS is not originated in India but it is spreading in Indian subcontinent rapidly and the recent study reveals that more persons are prone to AIDS due to non-safe Sex rules. The only way to make people aware of the facts and truths is by augmenting Scientific temper in them, for this Indian people must change the status quo mindset. We must be hipster, our thoughts should be dynamic with the changing scenario . We can’t expect better solutions with old and conservative ideas, because we are in 21st century and we have 21st century challenges as well, so, it is mandatory to enforce scientific ideology among the Indian Nationals.
It is the need of the hour to see the problems and search for its solutions on scientific perspective. Sex education, making people cognizant of ‘’what to do and what not to do’’, Diseases which are related to sex, should always be consider on scientific perspective. We are living in the age where we are totally besieged by the science, then how we can expect that dogma, fanatism and conservative thoughts can help us to combat with problems. It is the time to come above all social norms and conservative thoughts which are irrelevant on the scientific basis , because religion is to construct the society and not to destruct the society. Only through this we can establish a healthy and aware society.

Is Religion is outdated in 21st century???

Today, we are in the world of 21st century, where we are witnessing major transformations of people in terms of thinking, life style, behavior and intellectuality has augmented. The new problems have generated in quest of finding solution of till unanswered questions . God has created the people to accomplish certain obligations on this earth but unfortunately people are more engaged in whether god exist or not? , but the reality is that god has created the people and people according to their faith has created the religion. For millennia people have been engaged in their specific religion not because they are coerce to follow, but because they can find happiness in it , especially non –materialistic . Religion provides us with a set of rules and norms which have been efficiently dealing with mundane life and these are even more relevant in the 21st century. It is not outdated in any way, even science is the byproduct of religion then how scientific temper can water it down. If religion in 21st century is outdated then why 33% of world’s population are practicing Christianity, 21% are practicing Islam,13 % are practicing Hinduism , these all are together is much more in number than non-religious people who are only 14 % ,whether it means most of the people in the world are ignorant and superstitious ??.....
No, of course not.
Science teaches us the truths but can’t lay a beautiful life with eternal happiness, joy, but at most science could provide us with destructive elements rather than creating peace, it is religion which emphasize on creating peace among the people and around the globe. It is religion which has laid the foundation stone of all ethical values and created the sentiments of human for other humans, even in the scientific infected 21st century, religion is potent instrument to provide serenity in the whole world. We get scared if even we think of life without religion. It is religion which realizes us a son of parents, beau of beloved one , and most importantly wife of an hubby. The equation of life which has already constructed by religion and society need not any update, a minor disturbance could result into a huge fiasco for humankind and for the dignity of the human beings. Probity, which is the prime principle of almost every religion would no longer stay with humans, if we consider it as outdated and not according to the changing time.
In 20st century it self we can see many religious renewal mission launched by many religious leaders , In Islam khawaja Nijammuddin Aulia, khawaja Muinuddin chishti, had reformed the people’s life by making them realize that whatever they were doing is a part of transgression. In Hinduism also whenever there were malpractices in the name of religion, Raja Ram Mohan Rai, and many social reformers came forward to contribute towards the spiritual society. Swami Vivekanand had played a candid role in relating the spirituality and religious thinking with modern thinking.
All over the world has witnessed the burgeoning spirituality, every year the number of people going for Haz is increasing. In recent spiritual gathering ‘’KUMBH MELA’’, if u have seen the crowd of saints and the followers on the bank of Ganga river then one can make conclusion at the drop of a hat that we can kill the people, we can lure the people with technology and scientific glamour but we can’t kill their inner spirituality, which is eternal and everlasting. It doesn’t matter how modern we are or how much educated we are, even we have reached on the moon and explored the whole universe, we have done
so much creation on this earth , this could happen because we exist and there is a strong divine force operating behind our existence, otherwise, a Bit of flesh, a structure of bone coupled with veins and 1300 gm brain are of no use without an intangible soul which is only provided by God. From where soul comes and how it looks like, it is even a mystery for scientist of 21st century. Religious doctrines are in some cases are ahead of science, things which were written in Geeta, Ramayan, Bible are Quran thousands of year ago are now a novel topic of discussion for science and these are even applicable for upcoming times. So, it is totally ridiculous to claim that religion is outdated.
In nut shell , in 21st century divine power still operates, a person has to die unwillingly, whether he/she is Scientist, Engineer, Doctor, or even a dictator who ruled over the world , this shows some divine power works in this universe. If divinity is working efficiently in 21st century then how religion based on this divinity can be outdated. Religion in 21st century is still updated, it provides both freedom as well as restrictions. Trespassing the limits of religion is consider as a taboo. In short, Science can only produce thinking to become a ‘’Man’’, but a religion can make a man a ‘’Human Being’’ ..
